School Support Assistant in München Ramersdorf-Perlach

Dear applicants and visitors to our website,

We are currently looking for a school support assistant (ideally with experience working with children on the autism spectrum) for a bilingual school in Munich-Perlach, with 32–33 working hours per week.
Start 8:30 – end 15:30/16:00, every school day (not on the weekends and not in the school holidays)
Vacancy start: April 13, 2026 (some flexibility is possible)

As this is a bilingual school, very good English skills are required.
Native-level English would be ideal, but confident and fluent communication in English is absolutely sufficient.

Please feel free to browse through our website – this position, our payment model, and the generous time off during school holidays might be exactly what you are looking for.

We value transparency: our positions are ideal for people looking for a part-time job or additional income, and who do not rely on this position as their sole full-time source of income.

Please apply only if you have read, translated and understood our conditions here: Für Schulbegleiter

Here is a brief summary of what this job involves:

As a school support assistant, you support a child with special needs during the school day, in a kindergarten, or in an after-school program. You help remove barriers and support the child in participating fully in everyday school life and the community.

You become an important contact person for the child and work closely with teachers, parents, and our team.

What we offer

  • Flexibility and school holiday breaks: This job is ideal as a part-time position or additional income.

  • Team spirit: We place great value on a supportive and friendly team.

  • Meaningful work: You help children navigate their daily lives more successfully.

  • Training and support: You will not be left alone – regular supervision and training are part of the job.

What you should bring

  • A genuine interest in working with children, especially children with special needs

  • Motivation and patience

  • Experience working with children is helpful, but not required

Before starting, you will need:

  • an extended certificate of good conduct (background check)

  • proof of measles immunity

We will of course explain how to obtain both documents easily and without complications.

If you have any further questions, we are happy to answer them by phone or email.

We look forward to receiving your application – and many children look forward to your support.

Your team at Schulbegleitung mit Herz
